Pool Open 4/26/10-Lesley to survey homeowners to improve pool usage.
Pool opens on Memorial day and will close after labor day. Need dip test for Chlorine three times daily to be in compliance with the City of Beaverton. Log kept in metal box to the left of the Gate. All owners, tenants are asked to assist with testing. If you need orientation, Call Donna 503 320-8890 7/6/10 – Pool is open and certain items being problem solved |

Appearance
6/8/10Re: Color of future paint and trim some samples will be brought in to consider. There is also a concern with the issue of standardizing porch lights, numbers, replacement window color, replacement screen door color… 7/6/10- As buildings are painted the HOA will provide black uniform #’s for the units. As porch lights get replaced it is required to have a black frame, Screen doors are to be white frame and window replacement to be white. |
