Annual Meeting Minutes – April 19th 2011

A quorum of homeowners was declared: 5 owners and 8 proxies	HOA members
Vote on the annual budget: 9 Yes 0 No	HOA members
Nominations for Board vacancies: David Smethers; Riika Magnus; June Conway Each nominee unanimously approved	HOA members
The annual meeting was adjourned at 7:00 PM	HOA members

Homeowner Reminders

– Any conversion of a unit to a rental property must be submitted to the management company for approval (banking requirements, that only a fixed percentage may be rental properties, affects ability to sell units.)

– Any changes to the exterior must be submitted to the management company for architectural review
